Return Policy
As a dedicated team at Astra Cannabis, we view our customers as a vital part of our community. We may not have the same level of flexibility as large corporations like Amazon when it comes to returns and refunds, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
All sales made through Astra Cannabis are final. Generally, returns are not accepted, and refunds are not issued.
Our strict policy necessitates that you thoroughly inspect your products and their labels before opening, altering, heating, or consuming them. Once a product has been opened or used in any way, we cannot accept it back for credit or exchange.
If an order is canceled before it leaves our facility, a full refund will be issued.
For orders that arrive damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

Your email should include:
- Photos of all received products, highlighting any damages or issues. Make sure all labels are clearly visible.
- Photos of all original packaging, both inside and out.
- Your Full Name.
- Order Number.
- Detailed description of the issue.
Note: This must be completed within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. No exchanges, credits, or reships will be issued after this period.

If a return is deemed appropriate and approved, please use the original packaging for the return, if possible. A return label will be provided via email once your request has been processed and approved.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there might be processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at astracannabishelp@gmail.com and send your item to our physical address.
